Come join us on an intimate meditative experience that nurtures and recallibrates your nervous system through Reiki, plant medicine, smoke, scent and sound. Welcome to a unique 2 hour session where you can drop in to meet your sacred self. Where you will lie in a serene candlelit room, surrounded by frequency and sounds that gently wash through you. Enter into a state of deep relaxation and RECIEVE.
We will set a group intention for our session together which will be placed into a crystal sound bowl and amplified with the use of flower essences. Enjoy the relaxing sensations of recieving Reiki, smoke medicine, plant medicine and scent.
In a group circle setting, the collective intention and energy of participants can amplify the healing benefits. The shared experience of sound frequency, plant, scent, smoke medicine and Reiki fosters a sense of unity and interconnectedness, creating a supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
The session will conclude with drumming to help ground and bring you back, followed by herbal tea and a light snack.
