The Architecture of Ritual
There is a hidden structure beneath all ritual.
Not the visible elements - the oils, crystals, or invocations, but the architecture that allows them to work at all.
It is ancient. Cross-cultural and instinctively known.
There are three components:
PROTECT - HOLD - SEAL
The First Movement - PROTECT
Before anything sacred can unfold, there must be a boundary. In ancient traditions, this as never an optional occurance.
In Jewish mystical practice, the names Senoy, Sansenoy, and Semangelof were inscribed as protection, as a function. A invisible line drawn between what is welcomed in and what is not.
In Egyptian cosmology, this role is embodied through deities such as Sekhmet - fierce, solar, and unwavering. She does not negotiate with distortion. She removes it.
To protect is not to fear. It is to choose what is permitted within your field.
The space is sacred - not everything may enter in.
The Second Movement - HOLD
Once the threshold is established, something subtler is required. A space can be protected, and yet it can be unstable.
To hold is to create coherence - a field that does not leak energy, distort, or dissipate.
This is the realm of the weaver.
In Egyptian tradition, Isis embodies this current, not just as the goddess of magic, but as one who sustains, gathers and binds energy into form. She is the one who keeps ritual alive once it has begun.
Without the holding, ritual becomes fleeting. Very beautiful perhaps, but unanchored.
To hold is to say:
What is created here, remains. Deepens and integrates.
The Third Movement - SEAL
The final movement is one that is often overlooked. To seal is to complete the rite - to close the field in a way that preserves its integrity beyond the moment itself.
In the triadic angelic current, this is the role of Semangelof - the enforcer, the one who ensures that what has been invoked in carried through.
In Egyptian cosmology, this resonates with Thoth - the keeper of sacred words. The one through whom magic is spoken into permanence. A ritual that is not sealed remains open.
And what remains open, disperses.
To seal is to declare:
It is done. So mote it be. It is held beyond this moment.
A Universal Pattern
Across pantheons and timelines, this triadic structure appears again and again:
protective forces at the threshold
sustaining forces within the field
binding forces that complete (or seal) the work
Whether named as deities, angels, or unseen energetic currents, the pattern remains. Cultures were taught or knew - this is how energy organises itself when it becomes sacred.
Ritual As A Living Container
When you begin to work consciously with this architecture, ritual changes, ritual deepens. It becomes less about what you use and more about how you build the space itself.
A simple anointing becomes a complete rite:
First you protect, then you hold and finally you seal.
Three breaths or three gestures or three intentions. A complete circuit.
A Closing Reflection
Where in your practice are you opening without protecting?
Holding without sealing?
Or sealing something that was not fully contained to begin with?
Refinement of ritual is not about adding more. It is about honouring the structure that allows transformation to occur.
Protect, Hold, Seal.
A quiet architecture, a sacred technology.
One that has been remembered, again and again - across temples, time and traditions.
Teachings Of The Rose
She is a sacred mystic guide who is a link to not only the past but also a guide for our personal journey forward.
I have always adored roses, the scent, the velvety texture, the spiral of her petals, the blossoming, the thorns, the beauty and the five pointed green star that is left behind as her stem after the last petal falls.
Her essence is pure and reminds us of the importance of self-care, to slow down and cultivate stillness within, nurture our soul and well-being. The essence of LOVE.
I have three rose bushes in my garden as I write, two climbing roses and one miniature rose bush. I collect their petals and dry them, I use their flowers in my distance Reiki and Crystal healing sessions leaving offerings and words of gratitude as I do so.
Over the past few years I have been working with the energetics of the Rose. She is embedded within my ancestral lineage. She is resilient, she has what she needs within herself to grow and bloom. She goes into hibernation during the winter months and stores her energy ready for Spring and Summer when she dials up her light to share her beauty with the world. She is not afraid to reach for the sun and soak up the sol codes, she is soft and attracts bees with her unique sweet essence. She smiles and sways as one enjoys her beauty and scent. This is her purpose. She is the divine feminine.
She moves with the cycles of nature and is aligned with Venus, her petals fall and nourish Mother Earth - but in death there is rebirth. She states her boundaries with her thorns.
For me, the essence and teachings of the Rose link with the Ancients and Venusian Temples. A sacred mystical flower where priestesses of Goddess Isis would cultivate roses in sacred gardens, believing them to be conduits of divine feminine wisdom and spiritual awakening. I believe this even stems back earlier in time to Lemuria (Mu) where mystics would decode her language and frequencies transcending gender.
If working with the Rose speaks to you here are some ideas as how you can work with her on daily basis:
Drink rose petal tea
Grow or purchase your own roses
Bathe in her petals and scent
Use pure rose essential oils
Annoint your heart and higher heart chakras daily with rose infused ritual oils (you may like to try my Crystalline Heart and / or Devotion Ritual Oils- these have be a personal game changer for me)
Work with Rose during lunar phases, particulary the full moon
Focus on acts of kindness, gratitude, peace, harmony, compassion and self-care
Journaling with roses
Work with Venus whose orbit creates a five petalled rose in the sky
Womb wisdom work
I feel that the Rose is a multidimensional energy that provides us with divine teachings that assist us to identify our unique essence and cultivate habits that align us with our personal bliss.
She is a sacred mystic guide who is a link to not only the past but also a guide for our personal journey forward. May you open and bloom as you work with her and form a sacred, mystical relationship filled with the purest of love to share with the world.
Integration Arrives Through Embodied Expression, Time and Rest
Integration allows the body, mind and spirit to assimilate new patterns - to embrace everything we experience
When it comes to any form of healing, transformation or recovery, change is non-linear and occurs in layers.
When integration becomes a conscious process, it provides a path to embodied change. Integration after a healing session allows the body, mind and spirit to assimilate new patterns of existence.
With Pluto now in Aquarius, regular solar flares, strongly felt astronomical events and DNA upgrades we are in a transition period. We are being asked to integrate changes into the way we live, relate and work. We may feel in alignment and a sense of peace one moment, then descend into chaos and change the next. It can be human nature to want to fight against the process of change. No matter how hard we cling, dig our heels in or try to recreate our sense of peace, we can’t. It’s the letting go of trying that is one of the biggest lessons we need to accept and learn.
Integration comes through embodied expression, time and rest. This is the natural order to let go, recieve, self-correct and evolve. Ensuring that we have an open heart, love and nourish ourselves is essential to welcoming transformation.
When we try and force, speed up or manipulate this process, we are not sitting in an evolutionary state of being. It is here that we create our own chaos. We are the creators of our own life after all.
How do you invite in integration? Simply BE. Be present in each moment. Observe the duality taking place, between your altering states of peace, of chaos, of fear and acceptance. Observe nature, it does not fight against the elements, it integrates, accepts and flows with change and transformation.
Integration allows the body, mind and spirit to assimilate new patterns - to embrace everything we experience.

Living From Your Heartspace To Overcome Uncertainty
The power to trust and surrender and live from your heartspace is always within you
Uncertainty - the state of being uncertain.
It’s in these uncertain times that we need to surrender and trust. There is a bigger picture at play that we have all been involved in writing. as many beautiful souls already know, when volunteering for our current ‘Earth life’ we have crossed the river of forgetting. Everything that we experience we have already agreed to and there are choices to be made that stem from uncertain times and states of being.
It can be extremely difficult for people to live in a state of uncertainty. Uncertainty is a state of fear. Anxiety can form with worry about the future and with this we want to take control and map out solutions for various scenarios. it’s perfectly normal to feel anxious in times of uncertainty but when we do so we are not living from our heartspace. Our heartspace generates trust, knowing that this will all work out.
Enter in Reiki and Crystal Healing. I am a huge advocate for non-evasive energetic healing modalities and have been trained as a Usui Reiki Master and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Reiki means universal energy and is a Japanese energy healing method to promote overall wellbeing and relaxation. During a session, a practitioner puts their hands on or above your body and works with your energetic centres known as chakras.
I also use high vibrational crystals during my Reiki sessions. Crystals add an extra element of healing to the treatment as the universal energy of Reiki travels through the crystals and then into the clients energetic body helping to release emotional, mental, or spiritual blocks, such as fear and replace this with loving frequencies such as positive intentions, love and trust.
Reiki and crystal healing sessions are a relaxing, peaceful experience that can assist with the balancing of anxiety, uncertainty and strengthen living from your heartspace. Choosing not to buy into fear and reframing uncertainty as a normal part of life.
Diving into the energetic alchemy of Reiki and crystals I have noticed significant changes and transformation within myself both short-term and long-term. I now choose to surrender and trust the universe, knowing that everything is being aligned for my highest good, even when I feel my life around me is a living example of The Tower tarot card!
I no longer watch or read the news which are written and created around fear. I balance my energies daily, through meditation, self Reiki, crystal healing and botanicals. I choose to live from my heart instead of my head (ego). This has not been an overnight change, it has taken years of inner work and unbecoming. Removing fear based programming from my life and welcoming in the power of surrender and trust.
So yes, uncertainty is a strong part of our changing world but if we live from our heartspace we are grounded, at ease and know that after the darkest, wildest storm emerges the beauty and light of the brilliant, beautiful rainbow!
The power to trust and surrender and live from your heartspace is always within you.

Trust
If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be “Trust Yourself”
If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be “Trust Yourself.” Stop looking outside for the answers. Stop looking to others to tell you how to live your life or to hand you temporary solutions to problems that perhaps only came about because you did not trust yourself in the first place.
Trusting yourself should be the most natural thing to do, but sometimes it’s not. If you cannot trust yourself, you are powerless to make good choices, which often leads to making choices based on pressure or opinions of others. Even if they are well-intentioned, no one ever knows what is best for you, but you.
If you spend a lifetime dis-trusting yourself and seeking external guidance, eventually you will end up with a life that doesn’t suit you or make you happy.
Trusting yourself activates an inner energetic switch that puts you in the drivers’ seat and allows you to be the conscious creator of your life.
Your body and mind guide you every step of the way on your life journey. Your body gives you energetic / emotional signals to show you which was to turn and what to do. Your mind gives you inspiration, visions and ideas to pursue that are intended to guide you in the direction of your highest good. In order to trust yourself you must be in touch with this inner guidance system.
Your inner guidance system is a network of physical, intuitive and emotional information that speaks directly to you through all your senses. Your senses feed you information so that you can make good conscious choices. You already trust your inner guidance system in many ways. E.g. if you eat something rotten, you stop eating it. If you smell smoke, you check for fire.
Most of us unconditionally trust these every day aspects of inner guidance, but higher levels of inner guidance are where we usually stop trusting ourselves. We don’t trust our 6th sense (intuition) nor do we trust our emotional senses. Let go of listening to the outer world, quiet your mind and trust what comes through.
The Frequency of Love
Everything that is alive is a frequency
Everything that is alive is a frequency. Everything of life has a vibration. Everything exists on a vibrational level. Even though your body is very tangible, YOU are a frequency: you are a vibration.
Rose is sacred. She is the closest thing to love in tangible form. Her vibration is measured at 320 HHz. She is as high as it gets in terms of “things we can actually see.”
Love’s frequency has been quantified. It is 528 Hz. Because Rose is 320 MHz, it is the highest frequency of all tangible things that we can literally put in / on our body and for this reason, it is the closest thing we have access to (to date) to teach us love.
Pure love, in its experience, is a gift, a journey. We love with conditions or expectations. We often love with bounds. Humans are learning love as we continue to understand love, we continue to evolve and expand and uplift our vibration and as a result, our body and mind continue to heal.
Rose is the love teacher. Rose and her high vibration uplifts. Many shamans and plant people call Rose the “cure all.”
With Rose, there is no room for low vibrations. She comes in and lifts the vibration. She opens the door to hope, positive change, and healing. You cannot help but feel higher when you are around her. The more you open to her high frequency, the harder she will work.
It takes 10,000 roses to fill a 5ml bottle of Rose Essential Oil. There are over 60 roses in one drop of oil. Picture yourself sitting in a bathtub of 60 roses. Picture yourself holding a 60-Rose bouquet. How can you not feel love?
She can be used in many ways (dried in teas, rose water, eaten raw in salads or foods or simply looking at a rose in a vase). She is cooling for the body and supportive in countless ways. She will talk to you, show you the ways of love as she opens your heart.
I use roses as part of my healing sessions to attune to the frequency of LOVE. I hope this inspires you to open and start your journey with the beautiful Rose.
