What Is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient, gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works with universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and wellbeing.
During my Sanctuary Sessions I combine the Usui Reiki System, Ryujin Reiki system and symbols as well as other healing modalities to bring balance based on what your energy shows me.
These remedies can include: crystals, flowers, sound therapy (singing bowls, tuning forks), and oracle cards.
Reiki does not force change or bypass your experience - it meets you exactly where you are and supports what is ready to unfold.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming, grounding, or clarifying. Others notice subtle shifts that continue to integrate over time. Each experience is unique, guided by your own inner intelligence rather than a predetermined outcome.
At its heart, Reiki is about listening, allowing and restoring coherence. It honours sensitivity, supports rest, and reminds you that healing can be gentle, respectful, and profoundly effective.

Cancellation Policy
All in-person and distance sessions require payment to be made 48 hours prior. Soul Starr Studio accepts card payments. Last minute cancellations mean a missed opportunity for other clients to take advantage of this time. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel / reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the total fee will not be refunded. Of course, we understand that things can pop up unexpectedly so if you reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hrs notice your payment will move to the new booking.
