I’m an energy healer, space-holder, and ritualist devoted to gentle transformation and deep remembering. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing can be gentle to be powerful - it can be slow, reverent, and profoundly nourishing to the nervous system and soul.

My path has been shaped by lived experience, loss, spiritual initiation, and pilgrimage to sacred lands. Through these chapters, I’ve learned to listen deeply: to the body, to energy, to the subtle intelligence that lives beneath the noise of everyday life. This listening is at the heart of everything I offer.

I create sanctuary for those who feel sensitive, burnt out, spiritually open, or quietly longing for something more aligned. Through Reiki, crystal and Earth wisdom, ritual oils and elixirs, and intimate gatherings, I support you to soften, reconnect, and return to yourself - safely, and at your own pace.

My work is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the layers, and allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels respectful, embodied and true.
